Complaints

 

The complaint process:

3. Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by us. We will notify you about the decision to consider the complaint via e-mail.
4. The considered complaint will be sent by DHL courier to the address indicated in the order.
5. Please keep the parcel tracking number in case of possible loss of the parcel.
