RETURNS

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. After withdrawal, the goods must be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days.
• To streamline the returns process, please include your order number with your return shipment.
• Returned items must not show any signs of use and must have their original tags attached.
• Items should be sent back to our warehouse:

• You can also return the return package via the LE COLLET boutique at ul. Mokotowska 26, 00-561 Warsaw or Stara Stocznia 8/3, 80-862 Gdańsk
  
• The costs of returning the article to the warehouse are borne by the Buyer.
• As soon as our warehouse records your return, we will refund the funds immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the payment method.
• Please keep your package tracking number.

SHIPPING THROUGH BOUTIQUE:

• If your purchases were shipped from our boutique and you would like to make a return, please send them to the address of the boutique from which the package was shipped:
  i.e. Mokotowska 26/U9, 00-561 Warsaw or Stara Stocznia 8/3, 80-862 Gdańsk
• We recommend attaching your proof of purchase and account number.
