Regulations of the Newsletter and Notifications

These Regulations define the rules for the provision of the "Newsletter" and "Notifications" services by LECOLLET MAJA BOHOSIEWICZ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWO-AKCYJNA, ul. Progi 1/14, 00-634 Warsaw, NIP 7010832970, e-mail address: info@lecollet.pl , phone: +48 573 247 644.

  1. To use the Newsletter and Notifications service, it is necessary to have a terminal device with access to the Internet and a current version of a web browser, as well as an active e-mail account.
  2. The Newsletter and Notifications may be used by a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable regulations, also a natural person with limited legal capacity; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, using or intending to use an electronic service. If the Service Recipient is a person with limited legal capacity, in the event of such a need, he undertakes to obtain the legally effective consent of his statutory representative to conclude a contract for the provision of the Newsletter service, Notifications and to show such consent at the Administrator's request.
  3. The Newsletter and Notification Agreement is an agreement commonly concluded in minor current matters of everyday life.
  4. The Newsletter service is provided at the request of the Service Recipient after the conclusion of the Agreement, it includes receiving by the Service Recipients who have provided their e-mail address commercial information regarding Lecollet products and services and third parties with whom Lecollet cooperates, in particular about goods, news, discounts and campaigns marketing.
  5. The Product Availability Notification service is provided at the Customer's request after the conclusion of the Agreement, it includes receiving by the Customers who have provided their e-mail address information about the availability of a specific product in a specific size.
  6. Using the Newsletter service is possible after:
  7. providing your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the website lecollet.pl and
  8. accepting the provisions of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
  9. Using the Notifications service is possible after:
  10. Clicking the "Notify about availability" button next to the unavailable product;
  11. providing your e-mail address in the appropriate field on the website lecollet.pl and
  12. accepting the provisions of these Regulations and the Privacy Policy.
  13. The Newsletter and Notification service is voluntary and free of charge.
  14. The Newsletter and Notification service is provided for an indefinite period.
  15. The Service Recipient may resign from them at any time by sending such a request to info@lecollet.pl.
  16. According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform that :

  18. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent only for the purpose of providing marketing offers and commercial information by the Administrator;
  19. Your personal data is processed for the period necessary to perform the service.
  20. Personal data is provided voluntarily, but providing it is a prerequisite for the provision of marketing offers and commercial information.
  21. You have the right to access your personal data and rectify, delete or limit the processing of correcting it, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
  22. You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  24. You have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of personal data violates the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
  25. Your personal data may be disclosed only to entities with whom personal data processing agreements have been concluded, as well as to persons and entities at their legitimate request, in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.
  26. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.

  28. Lecollet reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important reasons, in particular:
    • the need to adapt the Regulations to legal provisions having a direct impact on these Regulations and resulting in the need to modify the Regulations in order to comply with the law;
    • the need to adapt the Regulations to recommendations, orders, rulings, resolutions, interpretations, guidelines or decisions of authorized public authorities;
    • extending or changing the functionality of the Newsletter, Notifications;
    • in other situations, when it will be aimed at making the functioning of the Newletter service, Notifications more attractive.
  29. Any changes to the Regulations will be posted on the website and will enter into force on the day of their publication. Users subscribed to the Newsletter will be notified of the change in the Regulations by e-mail.
  30. The use of the Newsletter service by the Service Recipient, Notifications after introducing changes to the Regulations means their acceptance.
  31. The store informs that the use of services provided electronically may be associated with a threat on the part of every Internet user. In order to avoid the risk of threats, the Customer should use appropriate technical measures to minimize their occurrence.
  32. The Regulations are subject to the provisions of law generally applicable in the Republic of Poland. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions will apply, in particular: the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services and others.
