E-commerce Manager

Main responsibilities:
E-commerce platform management (Shopify Plus):

Daily administration and updating of the online store (management of products, categories, content, banners, promotions).

Ensuring the proper functioning of the store, monitoring its performance and security.

Implementing new functionalities, applications, and integrations on the Shopify Plus platform.

Optimizing the appearance and usability (UX/UI) of the store.
E-commerce strategy and development:
-
Creating and implementing online sales development strategies.
-
Analysis of the market, competition and the latest trends in e-commerce and the fashion industry.
-
Identification and implementation of new tools and technologies that automate and streamline e-commerce processes.
Analytics and reporting:
-
Regular analysis of store and sales KPIs (including traffic, conversion, average order value, CLV).

Preparing reports and recommendations based on collected data.
-
Monitoring and analyzing the customer's purchasing path, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization activities (CRO).
Marketing and Sales:
-
Close cooperation with the marketing department to plan and implement online sales campaigns.

Management and optimization of marketing automation activities (e.g. e-mail campaigns, customer segmentation, personalization).
-
Ensuring consistency of marketing communications in the e-commerce channel.
-
Achievement of set sales goals (KPIs).
Cooperation between departments:
-
Effective cooperation with the PR, logistics and production departments to ensure smooth sales processes and high quality order handling.

Coordination of activities related to product availability and inventory management in the online store.
Customer service:
-
Supervision of customer service processes in the online channel and ensuring the highest standard of service.
-
Analysis of customer feedback and implementation of improvements.
Production Coordinator
Position: Production Coordinator (Clothing)
Place of work: Warsaw
Type of contract: Employment contract, B2B contract
Your tasks as Production Coordinator:

Comprehensive management and coordination of production processes – from the creation of a product card and the decision on production, to final settlement.

Close cooperation with suppliers of materials and services and negotiating the best terms of cooperation.

Supervision of the buyer's work and ensuring timely deliveries of components.
-
Ensuring timely execution of production orders and the highest quality of our collections.
-
Active search and implementation of solutions that optimize production processes.
-
Preparation of production documentation and reports.
-
Control and settlement of production costs.
What we expect from you:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the fashion industry (a necessary condition).
-
Practical knowledge of the entire clothing production process and the principles of its accounting.

Excellent organizational, planning and negotiation skills.
-
Analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-
Independence, responsibility and the ability to work under time pressure.
-
High personal culture and ease in establishing contacts.
-
Proficient in MS Excel.
