Returns and complaints
Return:
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and another 14 days to return the goods. Products must be unused and must have their tags attached. Returns are accepted at the warehouse or in person at the boutique. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the package.

Complaint:
Submit your complaint via email to reklamacje@lecollet.pl , attaching photos and a description of the defect. After receiving confirmation, return the clean product to our address. You can use a free DHL label or an INPOST code. Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days.
