Our loyalty program is multi-tiered, allowing members to earn more and more benefits as they engage. Members earn loyalty points for every purchase, which they can then redeem for discounts on future orders.

Points can also be earned for things like newsletter subscriptions, following on social media, recommending to friends, and even receiving extra points as a birthday gift. In addition to collecting points, program members can benefit from discounts, early access to premieres, and exclusive events. A full list of benefits can be found on our loyalty program page.

After logging in, you'll find your points history and current balance on the program website. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you and answer any questions.

Absolutely not, the program is completely free. Each level in the program unlocks new benefits that you can enjoy when making purchases in our store.

Above, you can check what you can redeem your points for – these could be discounts or free products, for example. Just click "Use" or "Exchange." In brick-and-mortar stores, customer service will offer you the option to redeem your points for a discount at checkout.

Your points will be credited to your account 14 days after your order is delivered, i.e. when the return deadline for online orders or the exchange deadline for in-store orders has passed.

Every PLN 1 spent on lecollet.pl or in brick-and-mortar stores earns you 1 point (PLN 500 purchase = 500 points). The higher your program membership level, the more points you'll earn (e.g., at the GOLD level, PLN 500 purchase = 625 points) – you can find information on the current point multipliers on the program website.

Yes, points are earned for purchases online and in our physical stores. Points are NOT earned for purchases on partner platforms (e.g., Modivo, Zalando, etc.).

Points expire 365 days after they're earned, so it's worth using them as they come due. We'll keep you updated on upcoming point expiration dates.

Your level in the program is verified by reviewing your purchases over the past 12 months, so it may change at any time. You can check your current level by logging in to the program.

Birthday points do not accrue immediately. If you enter a birthday within the next 30 days, the reward will be delayed for 30 days from the date of entry.
