This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy define the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users and Cookies, as well as other technologies appearing on the LeCollet.pl Website and in the LeCollet Online Store.

§ 3 DATA SECURITY
Users' personal data is stored and protected with due diligence, in accordance with the Administrator's internal procedures. The Administrator processes Users' data using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable law. These measures are primarily intended to protect personal data against loss, violation of data integrity and access by unauthorized persons. Only authorized persons who are obliged to keep the data secret or entities to whom data processing has been made available or entrusted on the basis of a legal provision or contract have access to the data.

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The reason for the changes may be the development of Internet technology, changes in generally applicable law or the development of the website through, for example, the use of new tools by the Administrator.   • 5 PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

    The purpose of data processing is to conclude and perform a contract for the sale of goods or services to which you are a party or to take action before and after the conclusion of the contract, including: after-sales service, provision of electronic services, handling various notifications and complaints, newsletter, information on the availability product, offer, as well as ongoing contact with you in the above scope.
    User's personal data such as: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number,  provided voluntarily on the Administrator's Website may be processed for the following purposes and legal grounds:
    performance of a service or performance of a concluded contract, sending an offer at the User's request - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform a contract or to take action on request);
    issuing an invoice, bill and meeting other obligations under the tax law in the case of placing orders in the Online Store or other products and services - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation resulting from legal provisions);
    consideration of complaints or claims related to the contract - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform the contract) and pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR (obligation resulting from legal provisions);
    establishing, investigating or defending against claims - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);

    sending a newsletter - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in the processing of data for direct marketing purposes) and on the basis of the Act on the provision of electronic services;
    operating a fanpage under the name lecollet on Facebook, an account under the name LE COLLET on Instagram and interacting with users - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);
    matching the content displayed on the Administrator's websites to individual needs and continuous improvement of the quality of services offered - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator),
    direct marketing addressed to the Customer of own products or services or recommended products of partner entities - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator).
    § 6
    Providing the data contained in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary and necessary to make a purchase in the store, subscribing to the newsletter and notifications.
    § 7 PERIODS OF DATA STORAGE
    In accordance with applicable law, the Online Store may store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are used. Thus, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, and after that time for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims arising from contracts concluded with you and the period for which the administrator is obliged to fulfill legal obligations, including storing accounting documents issued in connection with purchases made by you.

Profiling consists in the automatic analysis or forecasting of a given person's behavior on the Store's website, e.g. by adding a specific product to the basket, browsing the page of a specific product in the Store, or by analyzing the history of purchases made in the Store. The Administrator may use profiling for direct marketing purposes in the Online Store. The effect of using profiling in the Store may be e.g. a reminder about unfinished purchases, sending a product proposal that may match the interests or preferences of a given person. Each person freely decides whether they want to take advantage of the received offer.
    Each Store User has the right to object to profiling if it would have a negative impact on his rights and obligations.

    the right to rectify and supplement your personal data that is incorrect or incomplete,
    the right to request the deletion of your personal data if there is no legitimate reason for its continued storage,
    the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where you question our right to use it,
    the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
    the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another administrator, if it is technically possible (pursuant to the principles set out in Article 20 of the GDPR),
    the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
    the right to be forgotten, if further data processing is not provided for by the currently applicable law.
    The Administrator informs that these rights are not absolute and do not apply to all activities of processing the User's personal data.
    If the User has consented to a specific action, such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The response will be provided no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request and its justification, unless it is justified to extend this period in accordance with the GDPR.
    § 11 COOKIES
    From the moment the User connects to the website, we start using cookies. These are small text files stored on the end device (computer) of the website user during the time he uses it. Their purpose is to remember the user's preferences and to collect statistical information about the use of the website.
    We use the following types of cookies on the lecollet.pl website:
