The LeCollet online store operating at the website address lecollet.pl makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of the information and personal data provided when using the Website and making purchases within the store, and to this end takes all necessary actions.
Using the Website and the Online Store under the name LeCollet at lecollet.pl constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions presented

§1
This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users and Cookie files, as well as other technologies appearing on the lecollet.pl Website and in the LeCollet Online Store.

§ 3 DATA SECURITY
Users' personal data are stored and protected with due diligence, in accordance with the Administrator's internal procedures. The Administrator processes Users' data using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable law. These measures are primarily intended to protect personal data against loss, violation of data integrity and access by unauthorized persons. Only authorized persons who are obliged to keep this data secret or entities to whom data processing has been made available or entrusted on the basis of a legal provision or agreement have access to the data.
§4
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The changes may be caused by the development of Internet technology, changes in generally applicable law or the development of the website through, for example, the use of new tools by the Administrator. The update of the Policy will be marked on the website.

  • 5. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

    The purpose of data processing is to conclude and execute a contract for the sale of goods or services to which you are a party or to take action before and after the conclusion of the contract, including: after-sales service, provision of services by electronic means, handling of various notifications and complaints, newsletter, information on product availability, offer, as well as ongoing contact with you in the above scope.
    User's personal data such as: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number,  provided voluntarily on the Administrator's Website may be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
    performance of a service or performance of a concluded contract, sending an offer at the User's request - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform a contract or taking action at the request);
    issuing an invoice, bill and fulfilling other obligations arising from tax law provisions in the case of placing orders in the Online Store or other products and services - pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 let. c GDPR (obligation arising from legal provisions);
    consideration of complaints or claims related to the contract - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform the contract) and pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR (obligation arising from legal provisions);
    establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller);
    granting a discount, informing about promotions, offers of the Administrator or entities cooperating with it - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent);
    telephone contact in matters related to the provision of the service - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (necessity to conclude and/or perform the contract);
    archival and evidentiary purposes, for the purposes of securing information that may be used to demonstrate facts - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller);
    use of cookies on the Website and its subpages – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent);
    analytical, consisting, among others, in the analysis of data collected automatically when using the website, including cookies, e.g. Google Analytics cookies, Facebook Pixel - based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);
    management of the Administrator’s Website – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);
    satisfaction surveys regarding the services offered, management of contact with the User – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);
    sending the newsletter – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in processing data for direct marketing purposes) and pursuant to the Act on the provision of services by electronic means;
    operating the fanpage under the name lecollet on Facebook, the account under the name LE COLLET on Instagram and interacting with users - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator);
    adapting the content displayed on the Administrator’s websites to individual needs and continuously improving the quality of the services offered – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator),
    direct marketing of the Client's own products or services or recommended products of partner entities - pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator).

    Providing data contained in contact forms is voluntary, but necessary and essential to make a purchase in the store, subscribe to the newsletter and notifications.
    § 7 DATA STORAGE PERIODS
    In accordance with applicable legal regulations, the Online Store may store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are used. Thus, your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, and after that time for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims resulting from contracts concluded with you and the period for which the administrator is obliged to fulfill legal obligations, including storing accounting documents issued in connection with purchases made by you.

    User data will be transferred to other entities with whom we have personal data entrustment agreements and to whom we share data based on applicable regulations, including subcontractors, banks making payments, courier companies, Poczta Polska, entities involved in hosting (storing) personal data for the Administrator, entities providing services in the field of maintenance and support of teleinformatic systems, software suppliers, e-mail providers, companies operating the mailing system, entities providing marketing, accounting, legal and IT services. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to the relevant public authorities, if required by applicable law.

    Profiling is used in the Store. Profiling involves automatic analysis or forecasting of a given person's behavior on the Store's website, among others, by adding a specific product to the cart, browsing a specific product page in the Store, or by analyzing the history of purchases made in the Store. The Administrator may use profiling in the Online Store for direct marketing purposes. The effect of using profiling in the Store may be, among others, a reminder about unfinished purchases, sending a product proposal that may correspond to the interests or preferences of a given person. Each person freely decides whether they will want to use the proposal received.
    Every Store User has the right to object to profiling if it would have a negative impact on his or her rights and obligations.

    USER RIGHTS
    You have the following rights regarding data processing:
    the right to obtain information about what personal data we store about you and to access it,
    the right to rectify and supplement your personal data that is incorrect or incomplete,
    the right to request the deletion of your personal data if there is no justifiable reason for continuing to store it,
    the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest our right to use it,
    the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
    the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another controller, if technically possible (under the terms set out in Article 20 of the GDPR),
    the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
    the right to be forgotten if further processing of the data is not provided for by the currently applicable provisions of law.
    The Administrator informs that these rights are not absolute and do not apply to all activities related to the processing of the User's personal data.
    If the User has given consent to a specific action, such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
    In order to exercise their rights, the User may contact the Administrator at the e-mail address info@lecollet.pl. The response will be provided no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request and its justification, unless an extension of this period is justified in accordance with the GDPR.
    § 11 COOKIES
    From the moment the User connects to the service, we start using cookies. These are small text files stored on the end device (computer) of the User of the website while he or she is using it. Their purpose is to remember the user's preferences and collect statistical information regarding the use of the website.
    On the lecollet.pl website we use the following types of cookies:
    Cookies necessary for the functioning of the website - responsible for the correct functioning of key website processes, in particular the ordering process - are responsible for remembering products that have been placed in the user's basket, maintaining the user's logged-in status when moving to subsequent pages of the website. Blocking these cookies may adversely affect the proper functioning of the website.
    Functional cookies – they save the settings selected by the user and allow for the personalization of the interface, e.g. remembering data entered into the form when moving between pages of the website, the language version of the page, the appearance of the page.
    Cookies used for web analytics - help us understand how visitors use the website, which allows us to improve the functioning of the online store. They are used to collect, for example, information about which pages are most frequently visited by our customers, where they come from to our website, which functionalities of the website are most frequently selected by them. They are used for activities such as monitoring and maintaining statistics on the use of our website, recognizing and eliminating errors on our website, checking the effectiveness of advertisements and working to ensure that they are appropriately selected, testing the functionality and layout of our website. The store also uses Google Analytics. It obtains data such as the sources and medium of acquiring visitors to the Store and how they behave on the website, information about the devices and browsers from which they visit the website, IP and domain, geographic data and demographic data (age, gender) and interests. Actions taken as part of the use of the Google Analytics code are based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in creating and using statistics, which then allows for the improvement of the Administrator's services and optimization of the Website.
    Cookies used to ensure security, for example those used to detect abuse of authentication within the Store.
    “Advertising” cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests.
    The Store uses "web push" notifications from the browser level in order to communicate better with the User and to provide them with content or offers faster. The Store allows you to consent to receiving "web push" notifications from the User's browser level.
    When first entering the Site, the User must agree to cookies or take other possible actions indicated in the message in order to continue using the Site's content. Using the Site means giving consent. If you do not want to give such consent - leave the Site. You can also always change your browser settings, disable or delete cookies. The "help" tab in the User's browser contains the necessary information.
    In each case, the user can block the installation of cookies or delete permanent cookies using the appropriate options of the web browser. Blocking cookies may affect the correct functioning of some processes on the website and its adaptation to the user's preferences.
    In addition to cookies, the Online Store may also collect data that is typically collected by internet system administrators as part of so-called logs or journal files. The information contained in the logs may include, among others, IP address, type of platform and internet browser, internet provider and the address of the page from which you entered the Website. This data will not be combined with the personal data you have provided.
    Cookies placed on the User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store operator.

    The website may contain links to other websites. They will open in a new browser window or in the same window. The administrator is not responsible for the content provided by these websites.

    In order to use the Administrator's website it is necessary to have:
    Computer, laptop or other device with internet access;
    An active e-mail box that receives e-mails;
    An Internet browser enabling the display of web pages;
    Software enabling reading of content in the presented formats, e.g. pdf, video, mp3, mp4.

    Using the Site involves sending queries to the server on which the Site is stored. Each query sent to the server is saved in the server logs. The logs include, among others, the User's IP address, the date and time of the server, information about the web browser and operating system used by the User. The logs are saved and stored on the server. The server logs are used to administer the Site, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except persons and entities authorized to administer the server. The Administrator does not use the server logs in any way to identify the User.

    The content presented on the Site does not constitute advice or specialist (e.g. educational) tips and does not refer to a specific factual situation. If the User wants to obtain help in a specific matter, they should contact a person authorized to provide such advice or the Administrator using the contact details provided. The Administrator is not responsible for the use of the content contained on the Site or actions or omissions taken on their basis.
    All content placed on the Site is subject to copyright of specific persons and/or the Administrator (e.g. photos, texts, other materials, etc.). The Administrator does not consent to copying this content in whole or in part without his express prior consent.
    The Administrator hereby informs the User that any dissemination of content made available by the Administrator constitutes a violation of the law and may result in civil or criminal liability. The Administrator may also demand appropriate compensation for material or non-material losses in accordance with applicable regulations.
    The Administrator is not responsible for the use of materials available on the website in an unlawful manner.
