You can return LeCollet products within 14 calendar days from when the courier delivers your parcel to you.
To make a refund:

You must have an account in the store under the same e-mail address from which you placed your order. The account will allow for a smooth transition process.
a. If you have a Customer Account (login and password for Accounts in the store) - you can go straight to point 2.
b. If your purchase was made without creating an account, you can now transform your Guest Account into a Customer Account.

and then enter the new account password at the bottom of the page with the details of your order:

If you already have an active Customer Account - log in to it: https://lecollet.pl/logowanie

After logging in to your account, go to the order history: https://lecollet.pl/historia-zamowien
Select the order which you want to return and click: Details and return:

In the return section, indicate which products you want to return and fill in the remaining fields as per the instructions and click the button that approves the return request:

Once we approve your request, you will get a link to a file with the return instructions and the address of the shipment.
